The Derma V is a new, solid-state 532nm Nd:YAG laser featuring microsecond and millisecond pulse durations with variable sub-pulse structures. The versatility of the wavelength and laser delivery method make it one of the most effective and least painful lasers available. Using cryogen cooling, there is maximum protection for the skin while providing a numbing effect.
DermaV also offers the choice of high or low fluence modes, which allows it to be used safely on smaller vessels.
